 Exploring Endoscopic SLAM

Abstract:

3D organ reconstruction is emerging as a field of interest to help improve surgeries. This work explores how neural networks, specifically a Siamese network, can be used for depth estimation in surgical environments. The result estimation is used for 3D reconstruction.
